Once again, in 2009, Elvis tribute artists will have their chance to compete for the ultimate title by showcasing their 'best representation of the legacy of Elvis Presley.' Preliminary rounds for the 2009 contest will start in the fall of 2008.

Best of 2009 CD
All the category winners and some selected runners up will be featured on the 'UKSC Best of 2009″ CD release. This special promotional CD is produced each year to provide the music industry with a compilation of songs from the contest suitable for radio play, A&R and publishing purposes etc. The CD is made available to radio stations, producers, record companies, publishers, artists, agents and artists' managers. Many songwriters have received royalty earning radio play and have been offered recording and publishing deals directly as a result of appearing on this industry only CD release.
